How to whitelist Bloom
- Open Windows Security
- Virus & threat protection → Manage settings
- Scroll to Exclusions → Add or remove exclusions
- Add an exclusion → Folder
- Select Bloom install directory

Yes. Bloom executes locally and does not exfiltrate personal data.
